June 5, 2019: Another year and has come and gone, and with that, another great opportunity to help graduating seniors reach their goals. We are happy to announce our
2019 Scholarship Recipients! We want to wish all of our applicants the best of luck as they set out on their next adventure. Never stop dreaming.
May 31, 2018: We are excited to announce our
2018 Scholarship Recipients! This year we are pleased to award 26 scholarships to very deserving and hard working students. Over the next couple of weeks, our recipients will be contacted directly by The Miami Foundation for the issuance of the scholarship award. We want to congratulate the Class of 2018 and wish everyone success as they pursue their goals.

June 6, 2017: We are happy to announce our
2017 GKAC Scholarship Recipients. This year we are pleased to award scholarships to 29 very deserving and hard working students. All recipients will be contacted by The Miami Foundation over the next couple of weeks to make arrangements for the issuance of your award. To all who submitted an application, we wish you success in the pursuit of your education and goals. Best of luck to everyone!
January 9, 2017: Thank you to all our
sponsors and contributors for a very successful tournament this year. We appreciate everyone's patience as we moved the date from November to January to accommodate renovations at La Gorce Country Club. Overall it was worth the wait! We exceeded our goals again this year. Great job everyone!
June 9, 2016: It took us a little more time this year, but we finally made our selections for the
2016 GKAC Scholarship Recipients. We were so impressed by so many that we extended our total number of recipients from 25 to 28! Congratulations to all our recipients as you work hard for your goals and reach for your dreams. You will be contacted by The Miami Foundation over the next couple of weeks to make arrangements for the issuance of your scholarship award. Best wishes to all who sent in an application.
April 7, 2015: We received a few applications with incorrect dates printed on them. The deadline to submit your application is April 30, 2016. If you are chosen as a scholarship recipient you will be notified on or about May 31, 2016. On or about August 20, 2016, your scholarship award will be mailed out.
November 2, 2015: We hosted our 12th Annual GKAC Golf Tournament at La Gorce Country Club and are happy to report that it was our most successful event so far. Couldn't have done it without our wonderful

November 3, 2014: Our 11th Annual GKAC Golf Tournament was another success thanks to all who contributed and participated. We want to thank our sponsors and contributors for their dedication to our cause!
June 6, 2014: We've finally completed our review process and it was no small task. Once again, we were overwhelmed with applications. Each and everyone touched our hearts, making our selection process very difficult. So difficult in fact that we've increased this year's number of recipients to 30, the highest number of awards we've given out in one year! Congratulations to our GKAC 2014 Scholarship Recipients!
