Grant Applications Forms:

In order to apply for the Give Kids A Chance scholarship, the applicant must demonstrate the following criteria:

♦ Have a 2.5 average GPA or above.

♦ Documented financial need: eligible students must have a family income of less than 60% of the median family income in the area in which they reside.

♦ Demonstrate an interest in school and community activities.

♦ Two (2) letters of recommendation.

Grant applications are available on our website all year. They must be completed and submitted to GKAC by April 30th of each year. Decisions will then be made concerning award recipients by May 30th of each year.
